Is it just me? or my weapon

Well, im level 11, and im using a regular bow, and when i attack from sneak, it hardly cuts their health, and i usually have to shuve about 10 arrows into them before they die, is it just my bow?

Bow of Infliction FtW! seriously though you should ditch your bow if its just iron or steel? have you not found a a silver one yet? or elvin? or dwarven?

bandit archers that you find around the countryside usually carry them, try the Archers Paradox in Bravil, thats where i got the Bow of Infliction. The Daedra Archers Bow is pretty good too...

but tbh even on higher levels it does take alot of arrows to take downb enemies...

speaking of archers while heading towards the Cloud Ruler Temple i heard the swoosh of arrows going by me, i thought 'bah bandits' but it was an imperial legion forester, i noticed he wasnt shooting at me but infact another forester, the 2 of them were having a pitched bow & arrow fight, pretty cool albeit i was like wtf? they musta both had atleast 20 arrows sticking out of them

one of them finally killed the other and went off so i looted the corpse

jimbo, I've encountered forresters attacking eachother several times now.. I got the nice Imperial Legion armor of'em..
I first encountered'em outside Burma, it was foggy, so I encounter'em shooting at eachother, first I'm like "Meh, they're probably training or something", then one of'em dies and I went all like WTF?
The emperors assasination seems to really REALLY be taking its toll on the Imperial soldiers!
