I am at the beggining of the game, the part where you jump into the rail car and an alien and a man are sitting in the car, i jump in there and nothing happens, they just stand there, what do i need to do or is there a problem with my game? thanks!

They're supposed to talk to you and let you through.

Either you're playing a hacked game (in which case, too bad) or it's bugged. Try restarting the level, or maybe loading from an earlier save.

From what I've heard, it sounds like the scripting of that certain scene has not kicked into action. Although it could be caused by having a warez copy, there are other threads on this board that suggest it has occured as a bug in the full retail game. Have a search for them.

In either case, it might mean that you need to restart that particular loading section of that level in order for the scripting to put itself right and to play that scene.
