Only recently has man come to understand how spiders and geckos effortlessly scuttle up walls and hang from ceilings but it was doubted that this natural form of adhesion would ever be strong enough to hold the weight of real life Peter Parkers.

Wouldn't a microscopic velcro style hook and loop system need there to be loops on the surface you're trying to stick to?

Holy moly, that's awesome. I wonder if it'll actually become a reality? It's entirely possible.

After all, if you had told a man in the 30's that man would be on the moon in a couple of decades, would he believe you? Similarly, showing a video iPod to a WW2 scientist would likely blow his mind. In the same fashion, if someone told us we'd have spiderman suits in a few years, we'd likely dismiss it as rubbish.

I wonder what other treasures the future holds!?

Time travel and Teleportation have pretty much been dismissed. Hopefully both will be proven to work.

I heard that they actually have built a "mini" teleporter that can teleport a few particles and reassemble them? *shrugs*

Theres a lot of neat stuff you don't hear about.

WTF? We just don't have the technology today, theoretical time machines and teleporters exist.
