It is coming out for xbox. A bunch of gaming mags i have read said it is coming out for xbox way after the PC version. And the xbox version will go more into the story about how the combine took over and stuff like that. But its going to be better for the PC

Of course it will be available on Xbox. After all it's only a dumbed down PC so the porting is quite easy. Don't flame, I'm just guessing About that porting thing that is.
