if you go noclip in 1st level when barney calls kleiner you must go to the room filled with boxes wait for barney to lcok the door and then go noclip go back where you see breen at the big screene and done youll see kleiner is on the big screene

Safe to say anything you need noclip to access is non-canon. There was just no point in resetting the image on the terminal.

It's just like the G-man and whats inside his briefcase. Since you weren't never meant to look inside the briefcase (because you have to cheat and noclip), it's more of an easter egg than part of the story.

I believe in the Source engine cameras can only be shown one at a time. Hence, is why the camera is showing the current cameras that was used recently.
