It was completely off the wall. I haven't watched anything Zombie since I saw the 5 minutes of 28 weeks later clip. Anyway, this is what I remember of it.

I'm in my hometown of Union, Nebraska. It's a small town of about 150. Me and a couple people are running, I assume, from zombies chasing us. I run down Main Street and see the bar with lights on and music playing. I wonder if people might still be alive in there, unaware of what was happening outside. I open the door, and see the place a mess, with tables flipped on their side, plates and paper towers strung all over. I knew what had already happened. I look quickly glance around, and the streets are quiet. Too quiet. My group turns around and we run for the rail road tracks, not knowing what we will find. We hear a train barreling down the tracks. We hear and explosion, and out of smoke stack erupts flames. I know that cant' be any good. We stare at the train passing in awe, HOPING for survivors. As the train passes us, Zombies start clambering out the back door, screaming, jumping off the train. We run for our lives.

My group begins running back up Main Street, hoping to get back to the residential zone to find a house to hide inside. While begin to run up the hill to the houses, when the Zombies charge from behind the Post Office, running and screaming at us. My group are trying their best to survive, but they are being taken down it seems. One charges at me, I kick it in his face, which does nothing. I take my knife and stab at it, hitting the rear part of his neck. Blood squirts out, and I pull my knife out, realizing it did nothing. I push the zombie back until he throws his head up, when I take my knife and dig it into his eye, straight to the brain. He falls over, dead.

I have one other person that survived the assault. We run back down towards the rail road tracks, we heard some cries for help. We see a couple people, but zombies are right behind them. Me and my partner retreat, and go inside of a large blue house, the white shudders stained with spots of blood from previous battles. We have no choice but to try to hole up in there. We open up the door, and close and lock it. We start unloading the living room furniture and putting it in front of the door. Just in the midst of that, we hear a knock at the back door. I take my knife, and open the door, and lunge the knife for the eyes of the people on the other side. They dodge it, and exclaim that they are humans, no bites. We rush the two females inside, and before we could barricade both doors fully, the zombies are there, screaming.

They rip apart the doors, climbing over our pitiful defense. We arm ourselves with whatever we could find, me with my knife. While I'm trying to kill the zombies, I look over to see my original partner, blood pouring out of her neck, the zombies gnawing on her every limb. Her lips move, I read, "Kill Me." but I can't. I'm too busy trying to survive my own battle. The two newcomers are the next to die. Both fall over, zombies leap onto them like starved wolves. I look for a quick exit, but nothing. I was surrounded. I trip and fall on my back. The zombies collapse onto me, while I am screaming for my life, I wake up...drenched in sweat.

I'm never eating chips and milk before bed again.

Here is a map of what happened, best described in Paint.

You have a zombie rape fetish. That is all.

My dream was so good, I can't describe it here.

Good dream recall. I recently had a dream where I went to a fallout-esque place, like ruined city, and saw a friend there who sold me a huge sack of these black blocks, smallish. So I get home and am like wtf are these? so I eat one and it gets all trippy.
Don't remember much after that.

I guess you raped the girls too :O

I had a dream that I was in some kind of Stalker/HL2ish place (even a mix of the graphics) and I was trying to fight off some wierd soldiers and solve a mystery at the same time. Eventually I came to a slumish place which led up to me going to my old Elementary school and playing B-ball with some kids in the good ol' indoor court. Eventually I stopped and the kids disappeared and tbe court and the rest of the school started looking like they were run down and irradiated much like a lot of ****ified looking buildings in stalker. There was an old person in a wheelchair waiting for me outside the court and she said something inaudible then I woke up. Not bad for overeating and sleeping at 4:30am and waking up at 3:20 pm.

That was a really cool dream, Pitz.

I've had zombie dreams. In fact, there was a period sometime last year where several of the people testing and developing Zombie Master (including me) would consistently experience Zombie-Master-based dreams, usually featuring other developers and testers. It was spooky.

I'm reminded particularly of one of my own - me, Edcrab, Pi Mu Rho and Hectic Glenn picking our way through an infested London train station, armed with sledgehammers and a camera, trying to film a skills video to big up our zombie-killing technique. About as far removed in tone as can be from your own dream but whatever. :p

I base my mods of my dreams instead.

Giving maps such as dm_insanity and sf_lol.

Looking forward to Left 4 Dead much? ;)

Awesome dream.

haha, I guess so. And the last zombie thing I've seen in the past week was my roomate playing Stubbs the Zombie Rebel without a pulse.

that game is hardly horror. D:

I had a dream just now that should've freaked me out but didn't for whatever reason. I was roaming round an old broken down amusement park with a friend and the whole place was infested with insects and giant cobwebs. For the duration of the dream I was trying to catch up with my companion, ducking under old hollowed out logs and tipped over ferris wheels, all covered in bugs, alive and dead, and draped with thick webs and crap that I had to tear my way through. Right near the end of the dream I stumbled into an area where a thin, transluscent layer of sticky web hung just over me like a sheet, and when I was peeling my way out of it a wasp came and landed just around my fingertips, ready to plant a stinger if I made one wrong move.

Yech... I freakin hate shit like that... but oddly enough I woke up completely unphased.

I had a Zed-Head dream a while back, just after reading WWZ. My group went bushwalking when it started, and made our way back to Melbourne. The city had been cleared, then we heard a massive cry of "OUTBREAK" and I woke up :(

Seriously pitz that was an awesome dream.. damn!
I haven't had a dream like that in over a year or so.
Mine wasn't with zombies though.. can't really remember.

Freud says: you would like to have sex with your mother.

Also, fighting in a dream sucks, for some reason punches and kicks in dreams are slow and weak, perhaps because the feedback from being unable to move your arms and legs in real life get incorporated into the dream.

I vaguely remember a sex dream last night.

Hopefully it had zombies too.

There's nothing more boring than other peoples dreams.

Yeah, for me it's mostly trying to run away, it usually doesn't work...or trying to scream, nothing loud comes out, more like a squeak. That shit pisses me off or just scares the shit out of me.

I hate dreams within dreams, they scare me.

Especially when it's a lucid dream going into a normal dream.

"oh this is a dream", then you rapidly 'wake up' into a continuation of the dream where you think it's real (as per nomral dream)

I had a scary one last night about UFO's hovering outside, i took a photo but forgot to turn the flash off and they noticed the flash and suddenly came really close to the window and i had a wave of fear grip my body, scary stuff....

I've always wondered if people actually had those. how often do you get a dream within a dream ?.

I had a dream last night where I was smoking a cigar on the top of the lighthouse in Alcatraz while they were shooting The Rock...then an elephant walked across the golden gate and one of the spans broke. All of the cars on it were dangling from their bumpers and I somehow wound up below the bridge and saw all the peoples feet standing on their windshields.

During this I somehow met a really hot girl and was getting busy but woke up right before I was about to stick it in...ftl

Quite a lot actually, i'd say about 25% of my dreams.

I tend to have a dream recall rate of about 1 in every 3 nights, so it's quite often.

Some of them are dream within a dream within a dream within a dream sort of thing, i think the most was about 4 or 5 layers.

My dreams are always twisted reality, places are always like an alternate universe in my dream and as it progresses i usually pick up on this and 'wake up' sometimes with a breif period of lucid dreaming the rest of the time either waking up into another dream or just proper waking up.

Lucid dreaming is the most awesome thing however, it dosn't last long but it's always good fun.
Things i do in lucid dreaming are quite funny, i sometimes "do exercises" in my dream in an attempt to build neural pathways to muscles to make myself stronger either that or i go on a 'sex rampage' in the dream
