latency on me or server????

ok i am trying to figure why my latency is sooo high i have a intel 1.7 with 768 ram mx440 video card with road runner upload 500k down 3.3 around there???my latency is around 168 on deathmatch what can i do??? :sniper:

Get a better computer, get a faster internet, get a better graphics card, ect. Your computer is ancient, your RAM is Ancient, and your card is ANCIENT. Plus, Dialup does not help your latency. Your's is GOOD with Dialup.

no i have road runner it is a cable internet...

hmmm so what type of pc what run half life 2 deathmatch well??
