level transition - items carried over

what items/entities are carried over from one level to the next with an info_landmark? the SDK doc page -

is vague, saying that "entities will be transitioned to the next level relative to the info_landmark entities." well, duh

is it just physics ents? 'awake' physics ents? what?
 
Should be all entities within a valid trigger_transition volume.
 
when you say 'all entities' is this props + point ents + npcs or does it include detail brushes too, or any other brush ents?
