Lighting Problem, Help Please!

All my maps are really bright for some reason. I was playing awp map and then when I went to play Italy it was "fullbright". I am running Dx 8.1 at the moment and I don't know what could have caused it. I'll post pics soon.

That's wierd, I restarted CS and it was back to normal.

hehe, maybe I should try fixing the problem before posting it.

Actually I'm not sure if he ever used lightning in that fashion. It's usually fire from the sky.
