Actually, it techincally was at the "end" of October. If you think about it, Valve tends to release updates and such at the end of the week. So if they were going to release Lost Coast at the "end" of October, it would've had to have been the other day.
Keep that in mind when Valve says a release date being at the end of a month. :cheers:
