A man in Columbus, Ohio is counting his lucky stars after two city snowplows nearly buried him under snow Monday (1/26/04) while he was standing on the side of the street.
The surveillance tape shows why Beges Ajacksee was afraid for his life. He had no idea what was about to happen.
A Columbus City snow truck literally plowed him over, throwing him backward. A second plow got even closer and Beges got nailed again.
A close call, but amazingly he managed to stand up and walk away. Bages is banged up, but his brother and cousins watched the whole thing happen. They don't know if either of the drivers realized what they'd done, but all agree one of them should have -- and should have stopped to see if he was OK.
In all, the snow and ice of the last 48 hours in Ohio has been blamed for four deaths.
