Hey, hey, heyyy! It's Maxpower!

I'm just droppin in to say hi, and I've gota couple questions. The first being, what's the sig/avi limits around here? Other forums I've been to have their own unique restrictions, and I'm kind of a fan of Photoshop. Therefore, I'd appreciate being able to display some of my nice sig work. No one seems to have one though. Is that a rule?

And my second question is...what's up with the movies downloads on the main page? Are they down, or only viewable by a select few?
