Hmmm, I searched and didn't find anything about this so.....
I have heard some people asking how you get health in HL2 and I have a theory based on this screenshot:

The guy crouched on the car witrh the mp5k he has a white sweater with what appears to be a red cross *GASP*

I could be wrong but tell me what you guys think about this guy. As I have not heard any discussion about him.
