Unkown Lifeforms are at your door entranceto eat you if you not participate in this mod... So far (we just started) we've managed to make a map called UnderWorld and I have changed the HUD to look good, I also changed backrounds and such. What we need is mapper that know how to make AI scripted sequenses in multiplayer. And we need a mapper that really know how to make a good layout for the map. We allready have one map, but we may need another one for the first release. The mapper who shows up will get my map file to edit it so it have AI when finished.

And for coding, yes we do need a coder, included me. I'm the lead coder, but so far I have no compiling program wich I should have gotten last week but its been delayed. But anyway, we need to be two or more coders on this mod. I'm most good at weapons coding and misc coding like walljumping, NVG and such. If you are interested in this mod you can just sign up at our homepage and give us a note. This mod is taken very serious and is not made by a bunch of idiots that have never modded before. We all have experience in modding.

Thats all information for now folks, pluss, there are media on our homepage. :upstare:

Oh, and for the coder to join I have the detailed description right by my side here.
How everything should work in the first release. Very detailed

Fantastic. Get something basic coded, and show it off in a short video, and people will flock to join you.

Honestly, it works. 99% of mods never get a coder. By showing people working code, you show that your mod has something that 99% of others don't. So people feel encouraged that they'll be able to play something.

Just avoid hiring beta testers (a lot of people will ask). Your team can cover those positions.

Hmm.. you said something there, about beta testers.

Well, gonna set up a LAN with my friends I think to test the most of it.

(BTW: You are getting me more motivated to work.. :P)

*cracks the whip*

Code faster!

As an aside, recruiting Beta Testers is a bad idea. You don't need to recruit them, because when you have working code, people will just ask to play.

oooOOooo.... :)

I have no real experience with publicity and such, I made a mod for HL1 once, but that was it. After that I had some art sites up. Like snowflake.ralert.net

Thx for your help!

GUYS NOTE THIS:

1 mapper position left
1 coder position left
2 modeller positions left

We currently have 2 mappers now. They both make high quality maps, you will see screenies at our page in some time.

The position status is only for the first relase. After the first release we can handle more jobs, cause then we have co-manager,
