If you live near Portland, Oregon, theres a store called ENU Inc. (http://www.enuinc.com) They have a 19" Flatscreen for $180 =)

Long-term quality is going to be a gamble at that price. However I've had my "CyberVision" 21inch for five years and I'm happy. It was a no-name lower cost one.

Buy.com has about 7-8 of them under $200.
A few names I've never heard of. Although there are two Princeton's in that range...one is in stock...
