She believed in Breen I suppose.....and was gonna turn in Eli and then Gordon to be used to stop the resistance?

I have no idea. She was trying to save eli after the attack on Black Mesa East? That's the reason I seem to remember.

No, that cant be it because she started the attack(told the combine where it was -right?)

maybe she drank the water?

She turned long ago, and was placed as a spy in the Resistance science team to learn and steal eli's teleportation technology. She does this because she thinks its best for mankind, and thinks that the resistance is futile.

Over that time she grows on eli and begins to think passionatly of him, thats why it takes her so long to inform breen of where eli's base is, gordon changes this however when he leads them to it...

She teleports out with eli in nova prospekt because she still thinks the resistance is pointless and wants eli to have his own lab in the citadel to continue his work...

she changes her midn when she learns breen is going to send eli off to another dimension
