mossmanwtf!*spoilers*

It's the same hall that we see in Episode 1 when we first see the recording from Mossman. G-man just wanted to creepify you.

We are surely going there in Ep3. It it probably base of Mossman's team.

Either that, or it's part of the dry docks that went missing.

Thinking about that area - can anyone get a closer look at the schematics on the far wall? It looks like plans for a rocket, or an anti-mass spectrometer, or something.

When I think dry dock, I tend to think wooden jetty, not a facility. Just my personal suspicions, but I am pretty sure the two locations are completely separate. Oh, and those schematics are fairly generic scenery, either some random thing or an indication of Kraken base.

If I recall correctly, it's just a of the same clipboard in Kleiner's lab with a schematic of his teleporter. Just a placeholder I suspect, it's never really meant to be viewed up close.

Seeing it in both the intercepted transmision and the GMan vision is just some nice foreshadowing I think, it's likely we're be going there. Which will be good.

Oh and dry docks aren't wooden jetties. I'm not naval but I'm sure they're two entirely different things, plus you don't get alot of wood used in structures to support f-off big cargo vessels I don't think.

A dry dock is a narrow basin or vessel that can be flooded to allow a load to be floated in, and then drained to allow that load to come to rest on a dry platform. Dry docks are used for the construction, maintenance, and repair of ships, boats, and other watercraft.

That's what a dry dock is if Wikipedia is to be trusted.

OR.....MOSSMAN IS GMAN!!!! OMG IT ALL MAKES SENSE!!!!

Valve's history would indicate otherwise. If the schematics are in there, they're there for a reason.

Yes but in that little video sequence you are never meant to see them. I'm actually very sure it's just a copy of Kleiner's clipboard.

I'm not suggesting that it is not the same content as that on Kleiner's Clipboard. I'm simply saying that Valve specifically chose to include those images.

Why exactly is it that you are never ment to see them in this video sequence?

This has been known for several months, since a concept art of that scene was released.
