I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find MP3's of the 'Welcome to City 17 speech' at the beginning of the game. It's only for a private project, but it would be nice none-the-less.
Use a programme called GCFScape. It allows you to search through all the textures, models, maps and sounds of all Source-games you own, including Breen's speeches.
