my gmod 10 is all the sudden missing folders

Hey guys i need help and i thought this was the place to come for some odd reason my gmod 10 will load and work but when i look in to the gmod 10 folder theres nothing inside and i don't no why so can anyone help me with this problem

If it works fine you shouldn't have anything to worry about, I think the core files are stored elsewhere anyway.
