Nearly Nova

At the begging of half life 2 during point intersetion youll see people in a line either going up the stairs or through to a train to nova prospect. Is it just me or is it 1 this way, 1 that way. You could work it out in theory when to line up. Anyaway, you're lead left to nova prospect, but stopped by a camera then barney gets you. Think about it, if that camera hadnt recognised you, Gordon could be sitting in a pod in nova prospect as a stalker.

There are many, MANY times where if there wasn't a special npc to help you out of a specific situation, Gordon would be no more.
