Need a save from the beginning of the citadel map

The game crashes when the citadel map would begin and I want to play this game over. So that's why I'm asking a hl2 owner to send me a save right after the level begins

Type in the console: sv_unlockedchapters 15.
Now select "New Game" and start from the Citadel chapter.

I must be a noob but how do I open the consol?

Left-click on the Steam tray icon.
Select "Games".
Click on the "My Games" tab.
Right-click on the game that you want to activate the console of.
Select "Properties".
Click on the "General" tab.
Click on the "Set Launch Options" button.
Put in the window box: -console
Click "OK"
Click "Close"

i suppose we forgot the obvious question - how did you get the game?

beerend aren't you from belgium (or is it the netherlands - i forget)- failing French isn't good :E

Oh and I'm Belgian but Belgium is divided in a French and Flemish part. (Mainly speak French / Dutch respectively there)

BTW can you speak Welsh?

Antlionjoe if it's not working this way, odds are it won't work with a save because this way is better

I've never tried speaking welsh :E how hard can it be?
