Need help storming a barricade

Me and the squad are stuck in front of a barricade and I can't figure out how we're supposed to get past it

This is some time after I've left Nova Prospekt - we're on the streets fighting the good fight against Combine. I found two rebels tending to their wounded friend under a partly collapsed bridge. One of them notices I'm Gordon Freeman and says they've been waiting for another soldier to storm the barricade - he never would've guessed it would be me.

So, off we go to storm the barricade. I'm pretty sure we've killed everyone - I've explored the burning building to the left of the barricade and there are no more defenders trying to man the wall.

So what do I do? I tried climbing over the barricade but I couldn't.

HAH got it, finally

Only took me 45 minutes total to do that barricade lol. Saw a hole in the floor in one of the buildings on my seventh trip scouting around
