Need help with a specific Lost episode

So im watching Lost Season 3 on joox atm but they are missing episode 12!!!!! Does anyone remember what was going on in that episode? Anything essential that will missguide me if i go straight to episode 13?

hey i was digging around on here and was wondering if someone could make me a screencapture of the scene where Charlie has his hand on the window with the note on his hand. In a pretty hi res (1280x1024 if can do) or in widscreen if you can do it (1440x900 if you can)
