There is not going to be any release dates or anything... These are just normal hardware upgrades that happen throughout a console's life time that make them cooler and also reduces the cost (not the price that us consumers will have to pay however)...

For example, the Xbox was on version 1.6 by the end... However there is no announcements on what changes or anything, because upgrades always just happen during a console's lifetime.
