Alright, I have a few questions. Firstly, Are their any good tutorials for modeling a gun in 3DSM? Preferably a video tutorial. Secondly, What tutorials / sites did all of you use when you started. Thirdly, What is the best way to learn 3DSM? Thank you very much.

No body told you that you had to view this thread. Flooding is what your doing. Going into someones thread and posting something that has no meaning to it. i was giving you useful advise i have many 3d modelers and graphic designers on my msn that help me every day making a thread like this isnt the best way to get ur questions answered the information you need is already on the forums .. im just trying to help you out i dont see how its flaming or something that i can be flamed for. i dont see the word spam as something deroratory or insulting all i was trying to say is that there are better more efficient means of gettng ur information.

And I'm a newbie. Lol. Well, I can model high poly. Know any low poly tutorials? By the way, what would be too much PC (Polycount) for something like that footstool?

i'd say 1500 is a good count..because u will have a lot of these props on screen at a time .
