Next SDK Update

Will we finally be able to mod hl2dm, will it entail everything needed coding wise, and also does anyone know when it is coming out

OHHHH *smacks forehead* I thought you meant an SDK update would be coming out soon...

No idea pal... I wouldn't expect it soon... I think you can already mod HL2DM... And you have to get a coding program yourself...

nah valve have done a sloppy job with multiplayer modding, basically all you get is the engine and the physics, thats it, EVERYTHING else you have to code in, thats why loads of mods havent been able to pick up that far, but apparently its all going to be sorted in the next one

Some mods, on the other hand, are plugging away. The Dystopia mod (which I have been following much closer than any of the others) has already started playtesting as they add in features. How's City 13 doing? I'm really looking forward to seeing that one, too.

ouors is doing well, we are into well into coding but we have only just began, about 4 months ago, i think dystopias been going on a year or so, but anyways, dystopia had to code everything from scratch anyway because theres doesnt use anything from hl2, whereas ours uses a lot of it
