NPC fails to do scene animation and some props disappear ingame.

I'm making a lip sync of "Still Alive" in portal (how appropriate) and I based it in the basement (you know, after you kill GLaDOS). I'm trying to get the radio and the portal gun to appear as props. They disappear when ingame.

As for my scenes, the NPC recites the lines but doesn't do any of the animations.


Any Ideas?
