im new at this so sorry if this has already been posted but through out the game i noticed a spray painted figure... almost skeleton like, holding what looks like a child with grafiti writing in the back round any one know what this is?

I saw that as well. However, other then the fact that the skeleton figure is a CP and the writing behind it is in another language theres not much to say.
People have interpreted it to mean many different things. A translation of the Message behind the CP might help, but other then that it all depends on your disposition.

This would be the "Caste graffiti" I assume?
It's just another piece of graffiti that's found all over City 17, this one showing a combine soldier holding a baby. Interpret interpret interpret interpret!
