Yea, so my front teeth (canine teeth - middle) have been loose, they are adult teeth, so on my recent visit to the dentist, I brought up the fact that they are loose, and my side teeth (?) hurt, and it's probably me grinding my teeth in my sleep (most likely stress, I get pissed really easily..), so what's the solution?

A mouth-guard while I sleep! I am sooo lucky, a freaking mouth-guard!
