Password Reset email from Steam

I forgot my password and can not figure out the email steam sends to reset it for you. it asks me to answer a secret question as to what they reset it to last time...well, I have never had them reset it before nor do I even know what a passphrase is. I emailed steam 7 days a go for help here and have still not heard back. (great customer service)

Can anyone shed light on this secret question and this passphrase I am supposed to know what they reset it to?
