Playing Music Out Of Your Head

Hey all i been looking every where but i cant find out how to do it becasue there is no tutor on how to do it becasue in some sever i seen people rrunning around playing sound clips out of there heads for like 40 secs i did it before but forgot how how to. It had to do something with the cl_customsound.and binding the impusle 202 to play the wav sound. so can some one tell me how plz

The only time I've ever heard music is someone playing it through their microphone. Stupid 50 cent crap.
