Ok Im now done with hl and hl2 and am clueless as to why everything is happening the way it is. I cant stand not knowing what the hell is the plot behind all this and answers to everything

Well without reading through the marathon of threads basicly it seems that the Gman is using us to work against the combine we POed the combine when we killed Nihilianth (wether this it was planed or not is hotly debated) and Lastly it happens this way cause now people want to buy HL3 which means money for valve
