Please help me??

Hi i cant connect to multiplayer on half life 2 using the quick option nor the internet games, it says my ipx disabled is that the problem? if so can some tell me how 2 enable it in a detailed fashion cos i dont know all that muh about comps, im using windows xp pro... Thanks i really appreciate ny help.

What are you having trouble doing? Can you open up Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, or can't you join a server?

Cant join server

I cant join server, is deatmatch diffrent from half life to or is all the one, i try to go to quickstart and it just wont connect either will internet games.. But i can create my own game its strange.

If I recall correctly, IPX is some piece of code that is used to connect to game servers. So yes, that might the problem.

They are two different things. Open up Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, and tell me if you can either create your own server, or see the servers in the list.

i can create my own game but i cant see any servers, im not sure if mine is deatmatch though i think its just half life 2 is deatmatch an addon?
