There should be a corridor leading out of the chamber at that point (probably 90 degrees right of the screenshot.) Inside there will be a bunch of soldiers shooting at you, and a device on the wall facing into the chamber. So in the screenshot, you see the stream of energy balls on the left hand side? You have to pull one of them over with the Gravity Gun and fire it into the device in that room.

At least I think that's the bit you're at.
