Those are actually rain drops.
I forgot to turn off my flash while I was taking pictures, and the flash reflected off the rain, making the background dark and the rain stand out. and since the shutter speed is pretty fast (I guess), it caught like 100's of them falling.
Notice the tress and leaves on the ground.

FFXI, is such a great game.. Unfortunatly i cant play it ever again =( well not till im 18 and can get a credit card... So i will loose my char:
