cool. i played the demo at work and i'll play the game there too. good stuff.

I didn't give a shit about this game during the pre-demo period, but after playing the demo, I am SO going to buy this game, it completely blew me away, I just saw it as a Doom 3 clone, but it's so much more than that

You need to stop masturbating to Q's crotch, your keyboard will get sticky.

Yup, and the game is extremely overrated.

Just for the record, the first bar level, there are no more secenes like this, with it`s level of interactivity, just running and gunning pretty much all of the time.

hasnt it been on warez for like 3 or 4 days now?

Yeah the game has been out for a while now on warez...I remember someone like 2 or 3 days ago posting some screenshots of the game on a forum. Looked pretty good tho I must say

no, the game that was on p2p, not fully retail, its 98% of the final version, means that you can't patch it with new updates.

the retail version is coming in few days, 2 at max

Nope, not getting it. I am saving for adventure titles, DS titles, Wii materials, and PS3 materials (potentially).

Anyone that is looking forward to prey - You will like it alot. :) Theres a lot of twists and turns in the story.

The game's story felt and played through like a movie. Felt as If I was immersed into the movie. You guys will love it.

I finished it already, but it ruled. There is one moment of fury and rage where you'll all go "YES F.U.C.K YES F.U.C.K YES". I guarantee.

I'm buying it still though :) Human Head deserve the money.

I'm not going to lie, I finished it. Wasn't much more than run n' gun. There were some nice puzzle solving moments, but it wasn't much of a game. It felt like going back into the past and playing quake with gravity puzzles. If you've played the demo, you've basically played the game, there isn't much more to it. The story was also extremley predictable...and not really that likeable.

I think playing pirated games and then slagging said games on message boards before launch should be bannable offense.

Well there goes the forum and a mod or two.

One thing is playing pirated games, another thing is playing pirated games and bragging about it, and yet another thing is playing pirated games, bragging about it, and slagging the game on a gamers forum before it is even released.

I have it on good authority that it's about 8 hours long, depending on how you play, obviously.

You know it's called a sig for a reason.

I'm curious to see how many people will rave about Prey while still refusing to buy HL2: Episode 1 due to its length.

well sorry for talking about it man. I bought the game retail today if that makes you feel any better. It's a nice diversion, and its really fun messing around with the gravity and stuff...but it gets far too much credit.

(I'll give anyone a cookie who can get something to orbit around one of the mini-planets :naughty: I tried, got really close several times, but always failed)

I got the game already, and I beat it under 24 hours. Great game...now time to wait for the sequel.

I did not even download the prey demo. But lol at the picture.

A lot of places broke the street date for Prey. It's not just warez kiddies posting the game is short; a lot of legitimate sources also indicate that Prey is around 6 hours. That's pretty low, especially for a full price game. HL2 Ep1 was 4.5 hours or so and that was a budget title.

Another reason why episodic content is the shit.

I just beat it in 10 hours. I got stomped by a couple of bosses, spent some time wandering around, and also figuring out puzzles. You can probably sprint through it faster, but this was non-stop with no pee breaks.
