Nope you'll be fine. I used to have an FX5500 and it played fine with everything on medium and a few on high. Only certain areas will give you lag. There is a level (don't wanna spoil it) where the whole room is water, now that will give you a fit. It was almost unplayable for me from the lag, it probably didn't get above 10 FPS.
