Radio Binds in config

Good afternoon,
Has any one sorted out how to get the radio binds to work with a single key push? We used to have radio keys (I used to use the key pad) in 1.6 on easy push keys. My alaises no longer work!
Please could some one help and post a reply on how its set out in the config or autoexec cfg?

I'm not quite sure. You could make a script like...like this one:

radio3;
menuselect 1
