Sorry if this has been brought up before this thread, but i have a qustion.

After you get the Airboat and travel to the reb barn where you are supposed to get extra help (probably supplies or something), you see a man dressed in blue holdin a breifcase and he walks into the barn before you. When you get in the barn there are 2 dead people with headcrabs on them you kill them and nothin is in the barn.

Then further into the chapter once you have destroyed the helicopter using the airboats gun, you will come up to another red building (atleast i think it is red). you now have to jump in the airboat and through a gate which you open with a switch next to a sparking switch.

Now comes to my question, before you go to the sparking switch you can look at a conrete platform just before the ladder which leads to the sparking switch and you will see what i think is to be the same man as before looking at you and the he eventualy walks round the corner and disapears.

Has anyone else seen this man?

First of all have you played the first Half-Life? If not, you should.

That is the G-Man. The fellow that woke you up at the beginning of the game. Play Half-Life 1.

EDIT: BTW, I didn't know there was a way to get into that barn... I just bypassed it. Hm, I'll have to check that out next time through. I remember the woman with the airboat said something about a red barn but I don't remember what.

I have its just i didnt get to finish it cause it crashed and didnt work anymore.

Also i didnt get a chance to zoom in an see who he was.

the g-man shows up in similar random ways in the original HL. you'll see him out of the corner of your eye and be like

he's also the guy at the beginning of HL2 who's talking to you (in a kinda funny way), just before you/gordon 'wake up' on the train into city 17.

i think i bypassed that barn the first time i played. just dropped by this time ... make sure you 'fix' the lever so the big suspended box falls to the water below.
