It worries me that in your spare time you sit there thinking of inventions to kill people rather than help the world just a little!? Don't you think so?

Anyway crowd control devices on top of vehicles do a good job already. They have a high pressured water cannon i believe, and cruise liners have a sound defence mechanism whereby they throw a burst of loud noise in a particular direction to chase real-life pirates away from attacking the ship. Notice both techiques involve pushing away/ removing the offender rather than burning them/killing them, which is the far more humane alternative.

You should see the new ones in development that intend to have electrical currents running through the water! Although, it will be a more conductive element laden water.

Wow thats very interesting, i suppose its just water saturated with high levels of salts. Good idea i suppose, if you are a psychopath. The water cannons, usually knock people head over heels, why do you need to electocute them simulataneously D:

yeah its called a gun and it shoots little heavy rocks really fast, and for bigger rocks they attach rockets to them and they fly through the air then blow up

or u could get tungsten rods put them in orbit and drop them on bad people, like meteors
 
The problem with energy weapons is storing/generating the energy, obviously.
I think, with current techonology, sonic weapons are the best for crowd control....there are certain frequencies that can have quite a strong effect on humans.

Some low frequencies have been shown to cause extreme feelings of panic/make you physically sick.
Whilst a lot of high frequencies can obviously give ear splitting pain.

The design of the weapon features 2 "flat" waves (canceled out waves) that when they meet at the target the wave regains its standard shape, so it dosn't affect the crew.

the biggest problem with these is that the two waves need only a tiny interference to be put out of sync, and thus, out of effective use. Weather conditions, moving objects, obstacles.. they all affect waves like that. Also, reflected sounds, and the fact that waves tend to distort near-randomly with distance (eg attenuation)

sound waves penetrating air are far from precision weapons (so far anyway), unless you're willing to bombard a huge area indiscriminately

Coil guns are easy to make(Guess rifle), then further up linear motor/MAG(Railgun), they evolve alot of math though.

The military already has a microwave laser that vibrates the blood under your skint to cause intense pain but no actual damage. It's a crowd control weapon. You can also use microwaves as improvised decoy SAM sites as they did in Yugoslavia. One 30 dollar microwave can neutralize a 20 000 dollar guided missile
 
Too bad they don't work for ballistics....

Coilguns are pretty fun to make. There are lots of websites telling you how to make them.

And that idea of an airgun that blow enemies away and keep buildings, etc. intact... aweshens. Too bad it was never made.
 
you know at the science centre, i and my friends saw an air cannon there, they shot the teacher with it like 3 metres away and he could feel it, that also meant they were in trouble

They use neutron bombs instead, well, thats the idea. A lethal dose of gamma radiation that goes away reasonably soonish. Kills everyone, leaves the buildings (well, some of them)
 
WAit wait wait, i tough the airguns were invented...

and it was the same effect as the neutron bombs, if i remember correctly, the airguns were invented 5 years ago.... true is they modded it with neutron

OK mabye your heart and brain dont stop at same time but you still lose bowel control with the airgun...

I would create a Super-Ultra Poo-Poo Catapult.Imagine the terror that you could struck in the people.As for the smell...call it "Omega radiation".
