I was playing the game and trying to place the voice of the bad guy the WHOLE game. I knew that I had heard his voice before. When I finished the game, sure enough there it was in the voices credits. Robert Culp. He played in the old 1960's TV show I-Spy with Bill Cosby, and later played the FBI agent in the TV show "Greatest American Hero" (a favorite of mine growing up).
