recomended web hosting

Hey hey, I was jus wondering if anyone could tell me some stuff about web hosting. Im looking for a web host that i could use to put up a site for my mod. Im looking for something free, and something that i dont have to put ads up (at least not ads for the web host or anything that looks bad lol) I don't really know much at all about that kind of stuff so any help would be much appreciated

Hi,
If your hosting a site for your mod!, I would pay for hosting. Free hosts are just rubbish. Hosting isn't even that much anyhow!!

Well it came to £6 on my card bill, so they do sneak stuff in.

So you just get the .co.uk so you can point it to an existing site ? right ?

Yep...theres a nice config panel on there site and you put in your hosting ips/host whatever and it takes about 14hours to complete.
