[REL] dod_anvil (final)

Here you go...the final dod_anvil release this year. The map is a 100% new rendition of my DoD 1.3 dod_falaise map. It is NOT a port. From Release Candiate 2 (dod_anvil_rc2) this map is faster-paced, has better fps, less stuff to bump into, is fully HDR-compliant, more detailed, 32 regular spawn (no instant combat) points, 100% new lighting, addition of kubelwagen and 222 as flag-objectives, windows that break on touch, etc.
