Remedy seeking fan feedback

Remedy is currently conducting surveys to work out what has impressed the fans about Alan Wake. Over at the official forums, they are asking fans to vote on which screenshots are the most impressive as well as which trailers were the best.
The outcome of these surveys will determine what kind of material Remedy will showcase in the coming months as Alan Wake development continues.

Hmm, that's a bit weird. So they're just going to show us more of the same stuff that has impresed us in the past? Does this really have to do only with them releasing media to us fans or is there something more sinister behind this quest for finding out what is important to the fans...?
