Sorry to be sensationalist, but while on IRC I have been pointed at a warez site that I shall not name.

It has photos of modelviewer pics of all the main characters of Half Life 2, all the vehicles and most of the creatures. Also unreleasd AI scripts and physics scripts.

THIS IS WAY BEYOND ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY RELEASED. I fail to see how this can mean anything but awarez group/hacker has the resources as well as the source code, but haven't released it yet.
