Holy freaking hell Valve!!!!! Seriously, I've considered myself a gamer since 1st grade when we had our trusty Commodre 64, and I have never been so blown away by a video game.

HL2 (and Doom 3 to some extent) sucked me in and made my heart race, but never to this degree. GLadOS was cast perfectly, and the script was spot-on.

To anyone who hasn't played it yet, Portal is an amazingly frustrating and addictive game, and I can't wait to see how the physics is adapted to future. Buy it now, and play it until your neurons can't take it anymore.

I hate to dampen your enthusiasm, but most (if not all) of the people on this forum have played and completed the game. Am I wrong?

what kind of "review" is that? only a few short sentences, NO specifics other than glados being "cast perfectly", and the script being "spot on", posting it in a place where most people have played it, and not offering a single useful/helpful sentence to those that havent.
