The Blu Spy has successfully captured the enemies Intelligence however between the usual Tax documents and VAT receipts it appears the Red team have a pending application form looking into hiring a new recruit known as the Riot.

Team fortress has been around for 11+ years. I would condemn it if they so clumbsily created a new class, or any new class at all.
