Scientist in Xen?

Hey Guys. New here.

Sorry if this is old, but I found a scientist in Xen, in one of the chambers Nihilanth sends you to.

It's the big one with the underwater bits and the portal on the ceiling. The scientist is on a small platform to the right of the portal. You almost have to gauss jump to get there.

Has anyone else seen this?

Is he dead? Hanging by his hands? If I'm thinking of the chamber you write of, I don't think I've seen him. Does he say anything?

There a re a few scientists in Xen. They went in before Gordon to get samples of rock and stuff. iirc.

The game is 9 years old mate. Everything in it is old, at least by game and internet standards

Yea, thats the one, I just thought it was sweet that there's a live scientist in Xen. Too bad he doesn't say anything.
