SDK not fully updated...

In my Source SDK Properties in Steam, it says:

Status: Requires update
Amount Acquired: 61%
Offline Mode: Not Ready

I've restarted Steam many times, but nothing happens. Yes, I have the auto-update enabled. Should I "Delete local content" to have it fully download the SDK again?

and Malfunction, the percentage bar is usually crap. Try starting the SDK; i didnt know about the update until i tried to load it up and it started updating there.

I looked three times last night for a Steam forum, so I suppose I missed it....oh well. I've tried starting it and just get "game is not available" errors, so I guess I'll delete local content and restart Steam.
