SDK wont start up (pic of error)

ive recently just got steam back after months...

but ive had an error message when trying to start Source SDK... i know its something to do with gameinfo.txt,... but what do i actually do...

Run the game(s) at least once, then try Hammer again.

What ae you trying to map for? If it's HL2DM, play a short game of HL2DM (just to make sure) then try. If all else fails, reinstall the SDK.
